The Cradle Adaptor

The cradle adaptor is an adaptor that is installed when the user does not want to keep lifting the cradle to answer a call. The cradle adaptor is used on analogue phones and usually in conjunction with a headset.

The handset headset switch provides the user the ability to switch between handset and headset at any time during the call affording the user the best of both worlds.

The Training Adaptor

The training adaptor is used when training is required. The training adaptor allows two people to listen in on a call but only one person will have use of the microphone. Should the training professional require use of the microphone, simply flip the switch and the microphone use is diverted to the second headset or handset.

SAM 1

The SAM 1 is a receive amplifier and is used for noise environments or the hard of hearing. The SAM 1 will amplify incoming sound.

SAM 2

The SAM 2 is a “receive and transmit” amplifier, amplifying the incoming and outgoing sound.

SAM 4

The SAM 4 is an “all-in-one”, where amplification is increased on the receive and transmit side. It contains a cradle adaptor and mute switch as well as a handset headset switch and ringer volume control (for use on analogue phones).
